2. HARRIS GLOBAL MANAGEMENT IS A MANAGEMENT COMPANY

Harris Global Management LLC is a management company and does not represent through this website that it is the licensed contractor performing construction work on a client’s property.

Clients may also choose to use contractors or other service providers of their own selection, subject to any project requirements established in the applicable management agreement.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in a written agreement, contractors and other third-party service providers performing work on a client’s property are independent from Harris Global Management. The client is responsible for entering into any applicable agreements with, and making payments owed directly to, those contractors or service providers.

Harris Global Management’s role in recommending, locating, communicating with, scheduling, or coordinating a contractor does not make Harris Global Management the contractor performing the construction work and does not create an employment relationship between Harris Global Management and the contractor.

Each contractor or other service provider is responsible for the services they perform, including their workmanship, personnel, licensing, insurance, permits or regulatory obligations applicable to their work, and compliance with applicable laws.

Clients are encouraged to review the qualifications, licensing, insurance, proposals, contracts, warranties, and other terms offered by any contractor or service provider before engaging that provider.

Harris Global Management may assist with the administration and coordination of the client’s project, but the specific authority and responsibilities granted to Harris Global Management will be governed by the written management agreement between Harris Global Management and the client.
